The Caribbean sea is the fifth largest body of water with a total area of 970,000 square miles it is slightly bigger than the Mediterranean.

Grenada which is known as the spice island throughout the Caribbean, actually has more spices per square mile than any other place in the world.

The Boiling Lake, near the Valley of Desolation in the Morne Trois Pitons National Park in Dominica is the second largest boiling lake in the world, with temperatures that hover between 82° and 92° C.
